J.B. Brock
J.B. brings over 20 years of experience in all phases of emergency management as Union County Emergency Manager. Within law enforcement J.B. served as a Deputy, SAR Coordinator and SWAT team member. Within the fire service, J.B. is a Lieutenant and wildland fire lead with La Grande Rural Fire Protection District and is ropes rescue certified. J.B. has extensive experience in complex incident management both at the local level as Incident Commander and as C&G with Pacific North West Team 3 and the Oregon Department of Forestry Team 1. J.B. has a well established track record of integrated, interdisciplinary, interagency planning, preparedness, training, exercise and response.
April Brock
April MSN, RN brings over 15 years of hospital management with a specialization in ED and Incident Preparedness. She has been instrumental in developing the utilization of ICS within healthcare and public health systems and is actively involved at the state-wide level; including HCC, ATAB, STAB and RRH. April has an established track record of integrating hospital systems into community partnerships through interdisciplinary, interagency planning, preparedness, training, exercise and response.
